KIKOMBWE Civil and Building Contractors Limited is a private construction company incorporated in Tanzania on 21 July 2022 under the Companies Act 2002, headquartered in Dar es Salaam. Our main registered activities cover construction of roads and railways, buildings, utility projects and other civil engineering works — together with site preparation, demolition, installation and building finishing.
We operate as a Sino-Tanzanian joint venture: Tanzanian and Chinese shareholders and directors work side by side, pairing deep local knowledge — permits, labour, community and supply chains — with Chinese construction management, quality systems and equipment. Our fiscal 2024 accounts were independently audited, and our team delivered Contractors' Camps 9 & 10 under the EACOP pipeline project.
